The youth wouldn't vote for the Tories as they have no appeal at the moment. I think you're doing the youth a great disservice by assuming they can't make up their own minds about things that directly affect their lives and futures

So I'm doing them a disservice, but you point out they will only vote in their own self interest?

Of course people vote for things in their own self interest. There wouldn't be anypoint in voting otherwise :confused1:

Really :confused1:

What happened to society?

I have friends and family with very different circumstances to myself and I love my country, I want whats good for us all.

I know that 5 years of Corbyn would lead to 15 years of misery for us all. The previous cuts would feel like a spending spree.

There is no magic money tree.

We really are on other sides of the spectrum here. I could paraphrase what you said and replace "Corbyn" with "May."

Your right Gordon Brown had it cut down and gave it away along with our gold reserves

Politics go back a tad longer than Gordon Brown...

I know it's bit of a daft question Mark but you know the bombs we already got what's wrong with them. To me it's a bit like me taking the Mrs to the Arab Show and trying to convince her that I need another new rope and the latest mechanical friction device when I already got what I need

As a pretty S**to climber and my partner does most of the climbing mine doesn't get used much a bit like Trident I suppose

Im not really sure of the answer to that. We're renewing them regardless so I guess it's a bit like getting new kit because as your current gear will need replacing at somepoint.

Personally I don't find the idea of Mutually Assured Destruction (MAD) something to aspire to, but I'm just a tree worker, not a political theorist.

Which part of the infowars video do you feel is inaccurate? Its very easy to just label any thing that does not fit your personal narrative as "rubbish" why not engage with the argument being made and point out the false hood and inaccuracies as you see them?

Do the DUP not pretty much hold similar views to muslims? Yet Muslims good/DUP bad, is it a race thing?

Do you think communism is a good thing? and is not responsible for 100M deaths? Is this really A road we want to head down?

If people were waving swastika people would be up in arms, but the hammer and sickle is fine:confused1: Stalin killed far more than Hitler.

Its called the "loony left" with good reason, they appear totally devoid of even the simplest reasoning ability.

They lost the election, but claim they won, criticise the Torys for accepting DUP support, but their own sister party in Ireland believe the exact same thing and in any case would need DUP support themselves in order to take power.

They are utterly bonkers.

The youth are be haled as heroes for voting, would that still be the case if they have voted Tory, I think not:sneaky2:

We live in the time of the individual, where people live in bubbles and feel no need to educate themselves beyond their own self-centred , self interest. They have no interest in the facts, unless they fit their own personal interests.

Hang on a minute.

Let's start from the beginning. Infowars has been proved to be incorrect over, and over again.

When did I say all Muslims are good and all DUP are bad? You are trying to play politics! It won't wash here.

I don't think Communism is a good thing, and have never said so.

I've been Left Politicly all my life, I can do reasoning mind.

I think the Right are bonkers, so we will have to disagree on that one.

The youth have had their say, can we argue with them?

I agree totally with your last comment.

It's funny how the rich have got richer, and the poor have got poorer during/since the financial crash, don't you think?

Whilst you're on about society when was the last time you did something FOC for your village/town?
