An English couple who have been holidaying in France have had their return home delayed with an additional cost of £500 due to missing their ferry crossing because of an anomaly to do with the type of worm tablet given to their dog . Meanwhile on the very same day 900 " illegal " people crossed on small boats with absolutely no checks whatsoever .
