Ahh, so 'meds' are 5 common or over the counter prescription drugs (the type all old people will get). The only other common reference that he takes any other is of course, from Trump. Not sure I would rely on that as a source of truth.

To be honest since it is mostly Trump peddling stories about Biden, apparent drug misuse and mental capabilities it is very tricky not to mention him. Take Trump out of the story and... there is no story.

 

 

Mental capabilities and age I do think there should be an upper age limit for positions of power, perhaps 75 and you have to give up office. More than usual retirement age to benefit from worldly experience, and about the time when physical capabilities start to decline a bit quicker.
