If ever there was an any doubt of where Scotland is heading under the SNP then this article should be somewhat of a confirmation. Home office doing the job they are paid to do yet the first minister of Scotland sides with a mob and regrets having to put her police force “ Police Scotland ever since they centralised police forces” in to deal with the consequences. Mob rule over the rule of law supported by the FM 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

?? I presume you mean Montgomery 

It’s easy with the benefit of hindsight to be critical and the armchair strategists have poured scorn over many battles  of that period. I believe Miles Dempsey was the original architect of the plan and whilst it may not have given the results it was planned to it did indeed tie up a huge part of the high quality formations in the field opposing allied forces. Anyway as an aside my grandad was in Guards Armoured during that period and survived that and being a regular infantryman in the BEF including evacuation at Dunkirk. Up until his death he wouldn’t hear a bad word said about Montgomery, his men certainly thought highly of him.

How on earth do you expect to see parity of numbers ??. Israel is so well equipped Hamas know they will take a beating but the losses will trigger the exact reaction you provided. 
The sad thing about this as is always the case it will be civilians that will take the brunt not politicians.
