My wife is a social worker and she has 30 cases when she should only have 12. She works in child services as well. Its easy to blame social workers but they are short staffed and underfunded.

So what you’re actually highlighting Mark, is that someone that recognises a system is flawed and wants to straighten it out, is still bound by that system until it is straightened out....

Im with you as regards the inequities of SFP, but the only way that’s gonna change is out of the EU.

And you think it's ok to pay him to sleep on the job, got any jobs going? I've got a life times experience of sleeping on the job, just in a little less luxury.
