Just to be picky...  Defence lawyer?  She worked for the CPS before apparently blotting her copybook there.  Has she done defence work too?  If so surely that would add to her CV.

seriously though, I have listened to her, she does say the right things, things that are of concern to many,many people, and she may well intend to carry out those things given the opportunity, but should she ever be in a position to enact them will she?

I'm not sure farage or anyone else in reform can turn the country around, but out of all players in the game and for better or worse farage said he would get  brexit done, he did exactly that, but look what happened after that, and it won't be long before more inroads to rejoining are advanced.

as I recall starmer said a lot of stuff in the lead up to the vote,, much,if not all turned out to be lies, who's to say the successor will be any different, or allowed to be.

my apologies, I meant her association with the cps, as starmer was, not as a defence lawyer, of which I have no knowledge. a quick google revealed this,
