Is there a reason why it’s possible for most people to afford to insure their house and their car, but not their health?

Surely health insurance is only expensive currently because it’s not mainstream.

a quick Google brought this up for the US!

"In 2024, the average annual cost of individual health insurance in the United States was US$8,951, while the average cost for a family policy was US$25,572"

Probably why there are so many uninsured people where it isn't part of their salary package (those with less money and in lower earning jobs) and why the cuts to medicare are such a massive problem for the less wealthy.

think that if they have genuine asylum claims to live here they should be allowed to.

There is the point the sensible conversation ends

you support Reform you support the privitisation of the NHS and everything that goes with it.

It's that simple.

Not correct that’s just citizen smith, free Palestine type of bollocks. You still didn’t answer any of the questions I put to you

that seems to be the tactic reform are using in order to get their hands on the NHS.

A vote for Reform is a nail in your vulnerable friend or relatives' coffin.

Sometimes you just have to sacrifice a friend or relative for the good of the country.

Seriously - because Reform wont want day after day of demos and riots it would go means tested, so just insist on being paid cash, sweet

Assuming the illegals issue is resovled by Farage, as he seeks to do, how long then do you think it will be until Reform privatise the NHS?

As far as I can tell his policies for this is to turn into Gandolf, stand on the White Cliffs of Dover shouting "You Shall Not Pass" and then "Oh, you did, OK, you over there You Shall Not Pass... oh they did too"

The insanity of it is the fact I get the same level of treatment as an illegal immigrant arriving yesterday or a person who’s never worked a day in their lives Mark, you think that’s fair or sustainable.
