But this is what we are up against.

 

 

Sometimes Less = More Mr Speaker!

 

Cuts (although I prefer "efficiencies") combined with intelligent targeting of resources, engaging with technology, studying the data and risk profiles certainly can be a more effective approach than simply throwing more money and manpower at a problem.
