Is it the same model tractor? It's a really simple system but 1 problem I had was the spreader bar which sits under the dash, had 1 spring pulling the bar forward, but on the other side there was a spring pulling the bar back, so the l/h wheel was always slightly binding. I made up a tab and moved the spring so it pulls the bar forward like the other side and its fine now.

How do you find sourcing parts?

 

Not the same model, mnes a vipar 40hp model

I use lamberhurst for bits - never let me down for bits

( bet thats famous last words )

Thread hasn't been updated for two weeks :ohmy: so here's an updated pic of mine.... long overdue engine rebuild under way. I suspect it's the first in nearly 60 years but I'll know when I get in there. I know I was the first to do the back axle, hydraulic pump, hydraulic top plate and steering box so hopefully the engine will just be worn.... and not farmer bodged! :laugh1:
