I'd go for build quality and look at forst, think our tr8's are the best 8 inch available, very hungry machines, trouble with them 230s is there almost a bigger spec machine than the 150 yet they've managed to shed a lot of weight of it 🤔

tw 230 is brilliaint. it will knock socks pff your other chipper.

 

get one on demo on a very tough job and youll see what it can do.

 

could you hire one for a week too get a better idea of it.

Yes and I really don't like it, feels flimsy, trip the stop bar with every armful I get in, still got the rubbish chute clamp that after a couple of years wears and the chute goes wear it wants, they crack which to me, backs up the build quality thing.

To me it's another disposable machine where after 4 years a Jensen, schliesing or forst can be sold as a machine as good as it came out the factory. This is my opinion, not everyone will agree with me but these are my thoughts
