This is the new guide quite genuine, should be far better quaility at the nose bearing and harder wearing on the bar rails, time will tell.

Phew ! So Husqvarna are making their saws more like the copy saws !

No seriously, Glad its not a fake :001_smile:

It may be, but I would like to take a closer look at the saw and bar before confirming it.....

Also, it would be interesting to know where and how it was bought (Ebay etc is fake 365 territory).

Do i have to repeat myself? this is not a copy, it is the new range of Husqvarna bars, there is nothing iffy about this saw.

The new bars are called "Pro laminated", and they lack the greasing holes at the nose sprocket - which is fine with me. They are made at Huskys bar factory in Norway (unlike the old ones, that has been a mix of Husky and Oregon production).

So far they are marketed alongside the old laminated bars, and available lengths in 3/8" is somewhat limited, but I don't know if they eventually will replace them.

I like this development!

...but still am waiting for the output from the new chain factory in Sweden....
