I would rather pay the £ 80 ish cost of the speed awareness course and have no points .........

 

Wouldn't we all! Unfortunately it's a waiting game now. If you don't hear anything within 3 weeks you got away with it (I believe they have 14 days to contact you from the date of the alleged offence, and a few days for Royal Mail) .

It may take longer as the car is not his I'm guessing. So it will take longer to move through the system.

I got one on my first leased truck and it took about 6 weeks as it went to the lease company first

Were you actually taking blood somewhere?

Yes I had blood on board and yes the car is leased ... It was about 2 weeks ago and the Matron from the hospital who I work for told me about it today .
