Seriously though, tabata workouts are really good for speed, strength and endurance. It's basically interval circuit training. You can choose what kind of exercises to suit your needs. Scientifically proven to give you the quickest gains. (Apparently)

Need to get back to it myself.

Hi I find jogging works for me tends to keep the weight of,hate doing it run 10 mile twice a week but find it clears my head don't listen to music,I feel a lot better when I get home and shower keeps me trim and always ready for a tough days graft.im far from a Heath freak I still have chippy food and a beer but don't go crazy it all about being sensible.

What make of shower do use? Didn't know they sold ones that kept you trim 😀
