Go and see your doctor.

I don't know what your problem is but I can tell you all about stress, anxiety, living on ya nerves or whatever ya want to call it.

If it is stress it WILL get on top of you if you ain't careful, go and get counselling. Don't think counselling is for the weak (I'm right hard:001_rolleyes:)

Nip it in the bud, so to speak.

Thanks for your advice guys. I Have been going to see a therapist for my anxiety hence i wondered if there was a connection. It has been going on for about 2 months now but I'm monitoring it and going to keep a log of when it happens and see if theres a common denominator. saws wise i use daily stihl pole saw 131 150t 192t husk 540 stihl 341 and 660

If it is along the have line. Keeping warm and wearing gloves may help. Also eating right will be a good start. But definitely see docs/specialist's.

If you are using the pole saw a lot then consider easy lift harness. I know its a cost but what is it worth to you.

Hope you get it sorted

I developed Carpal Tunnel Sydrome last year. Had numbness/pins and needles in my hands (all fingers except pinkie), which made fine skills difficult. It also woke me at night with pins and needles. It is caused by a trapped nerve in your wrist. I had an op just before xmas and it has cured it for me.

As other have said go see your GP.

Stress can and will kill anyone. At 25 I can not remember any having any sort of problems like you have described. If you are presently under doctors care for anxiety you must coordinate your treatment regiment with your primary care physician. All parties must be working off the same sheet of music in order to complete the process.

Having no knowledge of your previous work history you must understand that working as a sole trader is very demanding on a good day and on a bad day can really seem like the end ones world. This line of work is really not for everyone, nothing to be ashamed of if you have to find another line of work in order to earn a living.

Take care
