We uploaded to the Echo site for all customers of mine - so I would expect the replacement to be with you next week.

Any probs PM or e-mail me [email protected]

Drain the 2510 of fuel - put it in the box the 280 comes in - and tell us when you are ready for us to pick up. If you can get it to a business address all good - we can't collect on saturdays.

:001_smile:

Rob D,

The box 280 arrived in had a sticker saying the 2510 had to be repackaged and would be collected on 18th July. Yet you say above that we need to let you know when to pick it up.

So what is the case then as i don't wanna return the 2510 just yet ? Thanks.

Really? From the shipping addresses. I may not be in

What is your actual name - tis a pain in the backside at times trying to marry up arbtalk usernames and peoples actual names!

If you are not in can it be left somewhere securely? With a neighbour?

If this is a no go we need to cancel this pick up.

I reckon when the suppliers have been this decent about making sure you get your loan saw, and organising the pickup of the recalled one with minimum hassle to the user, it's the least we can do to make sure that it's boxed up ready for collection on time.
