No problem at all. I just put it down to you almost certainly have other concerns to deal with at the time, so don't worry, I didn't take it personally!

I'm unfamiliar with Yahoo answers, but I do use another forum (sorry to admit that I have cheated on you, but its not tree related and the other forum doesn't mean anything to me...) where it is prominently a help based, question and answer set up.

On this forum, the OP is the one who 'accepts' the best answer for their purpose, but everyone else can up-vote someone else's answer and this helps build the 'reputation' of the people who answer the questions.

Perhaps something similar could be incorporated here?

Yep sounds good. I will overlook your use of another forum on this occasion but please don't make it a habit

Just added mobile friendly to the original post...one of the most important features that I showhow neglected to add

Noooooooo, I don't like forums in the mobile version. LandyZone forum did the same and imo it's a crap layout

Steve, the only niggle I have with the site is I can't get photos to upload at photos - only URL. Addresses. Some members seem to be able to post photos and some not. Maybe the problem is my own web and computer setup, I don't know....

Yep.. it'd be great if you could just post pictures easily from a mobile.

I never use the image tab....just scroll down to 'manage attachments' and it's easy. Mobile, pc or whatever. Never had an issue.

RE the search function, I agree it needs some improvement. After it tells me that my search terms are too short or too common, I just do what I should have done in first place and put "search term 1 + 2 arbtalk" into google and then I can find what I want. seems an unnecessary step.

If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
