Apart from a few busy days of haymaking been mostly processing logs, was doing a nice load of seasoned oak lengths yesterday but mostly been processing soft wood lately to get it cleared up

I'm just praying we get a really cold ( but dry) winter. Customers are starting to pre book their logs for September which is good, but sales were way down last year.

The lad has been busy processing Ash, Hzel and Syc this week. And the phone hasnt stopped ringing so its almost all going straight out!

was asked to remove three Monterey pines for a customer so subbed in a friend who is a highly experienced climber to help out, the customer asked us to cut some rings slightly bigger to make chairs for his granddaughter's pixie garden:confused1: so i'm back later in the week to chop the rest up for him:thumbdown:

Haven't even started on mine think last year did around 7k nets which is more than the previous 9 years combined and just me filling them I was glad when summer arrived.
