Finally got round to this big stuff, average about 14" so having to re-split a few pieces each cut even with the 8 way on.

It's making beautiful logs, barely any crappy bits. Hard work in the beating sun getting them down the stack on my own without the 360 because I was short of space though!!

Had some nice straight oak and already made enough gate posts so we made a few oak stakes this morning. Hopefully they last a few years.

Something we should do more of is making out own posts, then again were limiting the number of horses we have now so..... and god knows how much you would have to pay for good oak posts and stakes, bet there expensive

Here's some pics of my dale, used it for a few 8ft or so Lengths of eucalyptus I got from a small job today, the wood had been felled over 2 and a half years ago so pretty well seasoned. Also I tried to upload vids on here but they won't upload, anyone know how to do it???
