As a hobby deer stalker, the beginning of last year bought a pair of Minox 10x42 great quality glass had to do a lot of searching to find a good deal . Where about £200 if I remember and put the up against my mate's which are a £1000 there was not a lot in them best to just Google Minox some good videos/ reports they make some good rifle scopes aswell.

Just cheap things and not very enjoyable to use.

I have similar leica trinovid 8x20. The image is sharp and the optics very good but because the eye ring is so small they have to be set just right for the eyeballs, also because the field of vision is small acquiring the target is more difficult. Great for hill walking as they are so small.

On my pair a screw has come loose in each scope and these can jam the focus, I cannot see how to open them so could do with a recommendation for a repairer.

These people have a repair service but I don't know if it's for your model.
