These things are crap, ordered a new set of caps because the fuel 1 didn't sit right and the new 1 is the same been messing about with it trying to take it past the stops trying it in different positions with no joy😢 Anyone want this saw I hate this thing!!

Utter garbage, only speaking to someone yesterday who said the same.

 

My fuel cap is OK ish, because it got replaced with an 'improved' one when it broke, but these things take time when they shouldnt, ensure that muck ends up in the oil tank or worse, you think they're in and there not so your fuel or oil ends up on the ground & all down your leg.

 

Epic design fail attempting to fix a problem that diddnt exist.

 

In contrast the Husqvarna flip ones work much better & the screw in ones perfect.

Since I've had this saw its not been right, first time I've had any bother with them :thumbdown: but it's a new stihl cap and it just the same as the 1 I took off it? Nothing about the tank has changed but stihl not sitting right 😞
