Had an interestign chat with a trainign provider the other day, which got me thinking.

As I'm trying to move my career over to arb, I'm puttign myself on or through training. Currently waiting to get on my C30 and 31. I'm waiting for the learning agreement from Capel for the online RFS level 2.

What else would you want, bearing in mind I don't have a lot of experience.

If someone turned up asking for work experience / becoming a trainee / groundie job what would you want?

C30/31 is prettyy much a given.

C38?

Chipper?

Grinder?

ISO 3103?

Just the surname Palokangas would do me.:001_smile:

That's from reading other threads

It's my ambition to have my own crew in five Years time and I'll be head hunting ex-soldiers as groundies. For the following reasons,

1 Hard working,

2 The ability to put up with extreme hardship,

3 The art of keeping ones bake shut,

4 Punctuality,

5 Quick learners,

6 Hard as nails,

7 They're fully mental,

8 Loyal to the death,

9 Used to being on **** money!

10 Did I mention fully mental!!!

On the up side, he did manage to call you, that would be a pointer towards another chance in my world

An update I've found out from a separate source it's totally genuine so I'm glad I was not hasty in telling him to sod off!! He's going to come this Saturday if possible just to get out for a bit to keep his mind off things as his sister really is very poorly.

He may turn out to be a good one after all👍👍
