Global do not currently supply chocolate products .

I once tried to order a bar of Dairy Milk from them and they suggested I try Chocolate Orange Plant.

A decision I came to regret as the product melted and tasted sour.

Mars or Snickers, which is best and why?

The true test of a consumer business is how they react when something goes wrong though.

 

A couple of years back I was feeling peckish and went to "Jimmy's Food Market" and bought myself a pot noodle. I was beside myself with excitement when I got home, unfortunately I never liked the pot noodle and only had half of it.

 

When I went back to "Jimmy's" to complain and ask for a refund the man behind the till was very rude and told me to f*** off. As a result I've never been back.... I would have been happy with a refund of just half as well.
