Also have a look at stockboard - it's recycled plastic in 8x4 and 10x5 black sheets. You'd only need the thin stuff inside your mesh, cable tied in place. It is pretty indestructible!

I'd never heard of stockboard but having just google it, it looks like a great product. Just saw 3m by 1.5m boards in 6mm, 9mm and 12mm from £50.

I'd remove the mesh sides and keep them for resale value and make a new set up from scratch to match the Ifor then get them galv,ed so it looks factory finish, each to there own but if you've got the doe to buy an Ifor tipper then surly a few hounded quid ant a problem it's paid for on 1st job !!

It looks factory finish and took an easy 2hrs to cut off and rivet on the sheet.

I see little reason to make more of a meal than necessary.

You also need to learn to distinguish between profit and turnover...

On our new Ifor tipper I cut off the mesh and riveted aluminium sheet to the frames.

It looks rather 'chique' as well as an excellent place for extra advertising.

I did this with 2nd hand chequer plate and looks great, left th mesh in the front with a slot in bit of stock board to reduce wind resistance when behind smaller vehicle (
