I have no idea why, it's been ticking over for the last 2 years not quiet but not stretched either. Last 4 weeks we have been flat out to try and keep a good stock for the winter. Thank you to all our regulars and new customers good to see you hope we all have a good winter. I am wondering if the fire pit ,chimnea market and glamping market have created a demand.

The summer season has about finished now certainly firepit/chimenia wise but we do have a wet bank holiday forecast.

Big thanks to everyone that has been in for kindling. Busiest 6 weeks we have had since we started 6 years ago. Stocks of timber and kindling are low but we are flat out now trying to get some excess stock for winter :thumbup1: hope the log sales are going well for everyone looks like it could be a good winter.

Don't mind me asking how much you sell your kindling for - is it more profitable than firewood?
