Saw one of these on the road today for the first time, never heard of them before. It was a panel van I saw but looks like they do a chassis cab aswell. Wonder how they compare to the cabstar?

It's just a Renault Master isn't it? The picture there is actually of the Opel version.

Based on the Renault master and the Vauxhall movano. 2.3 diesel. I think they do a 150 bhp version.

think there some thing to do wi iveco, others just add ther bits & bobs

Its a re badged Renault Master , there ok but very little payload under 0.8ton unless u go for the 4 ton model , but they need to be plated by vosa.

if its based on the renault all of the variants with the same engine and gearbox did have problems with power steering racks going faulty and also gearboxs breaking as they were fitted with a car box rather than a van one

I wouldn't touch one with a barge pole, Nissan really have let themselves down by getting into bed with renowned French rubbish Renault.

 

Hino, Toyota, Isuzu or Mitsubishi for light trucks imo
