10cms underground.

The regulation here is 50-70cm.

This was a home owner special.

A lightning cable in the MIDDLE of a garden.

Apparantly the tree once had lights installed in it.

I know what you are saying.

Simple visual checks usually give reason to start asking questions.

I did a job last week where I noticed an outside light on a detached garage. First question I asked was where the supply leaves the house to power the light, as it was the home owner had laid the supply just under the block paving we were about to dig up.

Job for the little reduced width grinder.

Through two narrow gates and a very tight corner!

How long did this one take bud?

I think I was on site for about an hour and a half for that one if I remember rightly. Raised ones like that are often a lot easier than they look as you take the top few inches of and there's not much below it other than small roots, soil and usually flint around here! Takes longer to set up and clean up than it does to grind the actual stump.:001_smile:

  • 2 weeks later...

This is a Hawthorn stump last week, had been felled by another firm previously. Used a mix of proper stump shields and ply boards cut and cable tied to fold. Shop windows and carpark in close proximity. Done with a Rayco RG25HD which covers the work I do, I would highly recommend if you only want one machine. Will make a review of it on here for anyone who hasn't used one.
