I'm considering a tracked chipper but I have no experience of one, so apart from the obvious size of log they can take what would be the pros and cons of these machines. Any advice would be great.

 

We have a tracked 530 jenson. Only issue was rollers and track speed. Changed hydraulic filter and oil for track speed and set the stress up better for rollers.

 

Machinenis out every day flat knacker and does the job. We are afrer a 540 tracked next.

I'm sure its a brill machine, but hardly a game changer going by this video! its identical to the 190 in chipping speeds
