I'm half tempted. The 4 hour drive back Sunday night puts me off a little, I'll message you!

:thumbup1:

Crumbs! thats a touch too good to pass up, if you could message me exact details I could say yay or neigh in the next half hour. Do I need to take my chainsaw, food/ tea situation? Address and your phone number. Thanks!

On my way :-)

Greatest respect to Rachael and anyone who wants to work for a living. As Eggs said, it'll be a long drive, especially after two days planting, but it'll be tempered by the cash in the pocket and the satisfaction of the acknowledgement of your worth.

Hodge. Good for you, it rankles paying for something that you don't feel you've got, but you kept you word. Lads will come and go, some who are for you and realise that if you do well so will they and those who just want a wage and have no interest. Sometimes it's hard to find the keepers.

Thanks all, really great to read all your encouraging posts, totally appreciated! Had a great weekend working for Dan. Really liked staying on the farm and seeing the baby goats too! Doing a freebie for the experience tomorrow, a tree reduction, early start but looking forward to it. Learn't a lot this weekend, great stuff :-)
