Various booby traps a boat load of security lighting and if he gets past that lot a really grumpy bloke with a present for him

Three mince pies, a glass of milk, and a couple of carrots. He was very disappointed by the milk!!!

Had the same problem with the red wine left out "for the elves" in our house.

This is the first year we have not bothered

 

My girls are now 10 and nearly 12 and my boys are 17 and 18, so none of them believe anymore

 

We used to leave milk, cookies, carrots and rain dear food, I would take bights out of every thing and in the morning they really believed, miss it really.
