All the fun has been taken out of Christmas by the shops and tv ramming it down our throat from not long after Easter.

I will never understand why people find the need to ram trolleys full of crap that they would never normally eat or drink and can ill afford, it's just a huge excercise in over excess.

All I like about Christmas is most of the family around the table for a normal dinner without the excess on Christmas day, and that's it, the rest of it you can stick.

That's a shame.

 

Personally love a bit of time with family and friends and yes even a trip to church. Can't stand all the consumer bul...t but that's not what Christmas is about anyway.
