1.5 ton and grapple will save you so much time and make you a lot of profit. Buy smart and it won't cost much either, they hold their money well. Start with a grapple and buckets. Other attachments will help later but might not add that much to the bottom line on a small carrier. It's the cheapest man on the job by far .

I havent really a problem with towing weights really as i have a defender 90 and 12 foot ifor which copes easy with a 2 tonne bobcat and grab etc.mini digger is no problem.I dont think i have seen a 2 tonne mini digger will have to google some pics!!! I have found a nice new grab and rotator for £950 its a intermacato grab and a baltrotor rotator which sounds a fair price. Its of a local dealer who is good to deal with.

The new 2t bobcat got a great review in this months earthmovers. Looks a nice machine :thumbup1:

Much truth in here, we helped another contractor with this tree and he used his little 1.5 tonner with a grapple to clear it all up on his own. He is 70 years old.

A Vahva jussi grab and rotator would be well suited to a 1.5t machine and are only £560+vat! Bargain!

I like the grab setup on this takeuchi. Very clever for extra reach and lift height.
