Waste from processor

We have a processor with a grill/sieve after the conveyor so basically all the bits of bark etc drop of before they are dropped in the bay. What does everyone else do with this. You could make a living bagging it as kindling but to us it's just waste.

We do mix a lot of it in with our 'chip pile' but just feels a bit of a waste. Have tried selling it for 20 quid a builders bag but can't shift it quick enough.

Logs are bone dry we store them indoors. The waste is wet because it's been at a while and it's rained!

HI BOB the waste looks wet as they had 50mm rain over night but if there logs are seasoned well then thats good I've PM you poster thanks jon

i don't bother separating it out. It gets conveyor-ed into the tonne bags, and delivered with the logs. never had a complaint yet, in fact one customer was pleased with the smaller bits as she used it to light the fire!

if its clean ,put it thru the biomass chipper ,blow it on to the chip pile
