Sena helmet comms?

Bit late to party on this thread but we used 3 of these on a recent large job big tree MEWPs Crane and big chipper loaded by 360.

I have to say they were pretty simple to install to our helmets and once we had worked out how to link them together, they were brilliant.

Made the job run smoothly, efficiently and more safely than without them.

The banter ability is also great, you can chat away with everyone around you pretty much unaware. We did find a downside, when your colleague forgets he is wearing the mic and belches deeply!

Honeys Bros imported them in for us and just said try them and see how you get on, so big thanks to Martin and Leon.

I'm defiantly going to buy them and I would recommend them to anyone. Sure Honeys will be stocking them soon.

How they are going hold up to the rough and tumble of regular treework, only time will tell.

I have done my own setup, installed speakers, mic and the removable unit in about 30minutes each helmet.

I chose a cardo packtalk duo setup. One is on my protos and the other is on a kask!

the wires need a little tidy bit this is just as good as infact better than arborcoms version

it allows many headsets to connect to each other, you can listen to music/radio, and comms all at the same time.

same cost more functionality than my arbtalk arbor comms that i just ordered! I thought they looked pretty knickers and gave it a go with ordering motorcycle comms units with added functionality.

FR Jones were quoting £558 + Vat for one headset, for one helmet! gustharts same price for 2, i went with gustharts, but since have waited a long time to get em circa 6weeks!

Having seen how these were setup i opted to try it for myself, the results are pretty good IMO!
