I find it can be worse as it's all on one night, once went camping on new years with the mrs and the dogs. Daftest thing I've ever done, was like a bad night in Baghdad

The jackets are called thunder jackets & comfort the dog when worn.

 

 

One of our collies, 15 months old has been on panic mode for a week. Well worth a look I think, not nice seeing them being so stressed.

Personally I would like to see fireworks banned from public sale.

 

Lets face it, its never going to happen but can see where you're coming from.

 

I'd like to see a bit more acknowledgement, if folk having fireworks just stick to the events they're aimed at, not days before and after. At least that way we'd know when to make special measures for the animals.

Sold springer puppy few years ago

On nov 5 they took for early walk and just as they got home firework set off

Dog legged it and was missing for 10 days

We all thought dog had gone for ever

They couldn't tell son it was missing as he was off with military and loves the dog heaps

Im in the same boat mines petrified, been bad all week and throws up :( might start feeding it in the morning this time of year, you can get some veladrone? Something like that from the vets, didnt get any though :(

i'am one of the lucky ones then my dog just run up n down the garden at first going mental barking etc but has calmed down now and has settled in his bed not even bothering now when there going off big time etc

Our Fox Terrier when she was alive was terrified if she was in the house but if she was outside she did the same, running up and down barking. Same with thunder, she knew before us when there was a storm brewing, she would be pushed up against my leg shaking like a leaf.
