I've looked unkempt for years, I think I'll need to change my ways now it's fashionable

Yea same here . It used to be just laziness but now it has become embarrassing

I was actually described as a hobo by my 12 year old daughters pals last week. I actually dress to keep warm when I am milling logs or in the workshop. Don't really care what other people think, got well beyond caring about that a long time ago!

Back in 1995 when we were at a land auction (& where we actually bought the site we are living on) a "Hobo" shuffled in part way through, stood about for a while, spoke to nobody, and left again.

Said "Hobo" was a well-doing/self made farming gentleman who could have bought and sold most anybody else in the room.

I liked his touch.

Now I come to think of it

The MontyPython crew was all over the lumberjack/lumbersexual

Before it were fashionable.
