sounds Lovely, but i bet most people on here have a boss who loves money and doesn't know the meaning of 'pace yourself'

Do you have a mouth in your head? I assume you do :sneaky2:

stand up for yourself and if you explain yourself in the correct manner ... I am sure that a lot of people would be able to explain it is hot and the boys are dropping like flies.

Either that, or do a the title says, ... get outta the kitchen. you have a choice you know.

Hi I love the heat . The rain I dislike .theres nothing worse then getting sopping wet .

Some tips to keep you cool at work

A spray bottle filled up with water works a treat

A wicking T shirt, The regular cotton ones just stick to your back when they are wet .

A good sunscreen for those arms nothing worse then getting all red and sunburned .

Put ice packs in your lunch box to keep your goodies cool

this works well with hydration packs a cold drink works a treat better a cold drink gone hot in the midday heat .

Eastwater. :001_smile: :001_smile:

No but the above bit is demeaning.

Just because one persons heat tolerence is less than another, doesn't mean they should pack the job in :confused1:

You've done lots of physical training Rich and know more than anyone that some people are built better than others, some people have different strengths to others, one may be weak in one discipline but strong in another. :001_smile:
