That's not true, salt is ALWAYS BAD for you. What you need is potassium chloride, NOT sodium chloride. You can find that is a salt substitute. And, you need it more on your breakfast than on your supper, although you do need it on both meals.

I did my first aid course in 1982 Butch and it was all emergency first aid not preventative first aid, substitutes probably weren't available back then :001_smile:

 

Salt works if you start experiencing cramps and everyone always have salt close to hand. We used to get issued salt tablets in the Army, don't know what they were made up of though..? It could have been Pottasium Chloride

lol just rub it in, its bloody cold here,so over the winter, what temperatures is it in the uk??

 

up until yesterday it was very much like the opening of good morning vietnam- "It's so damned hot i saw one of those little guys in the orange robes burst into flames, its that hot". it's now pishing it down in leeds:mad1:

Started at 6am this morning in the clear fell job.six hours and 7.5 liters of water later we went home.We each took a 10 liter can down the hill and wore Camelbacks.

 

Absolute top morning clear felling Sitkas.20inch bar worked great on the 441.Thanks Mr Jones.
