Does anyone else find themselves over thinking about tomorrows job and stressing out, rubbish sleep to find when you get there its not as bad as you remembered?

All the time, I even worry about the job when I'm on it and it's obvious we're gonna smash it out.

Only happens on my quotes though pretty relaxed the rest of the time

Well I'm now pleased it isn't only me!! I'm really bad for this, it can only be an hour into the job and I've calmed down a bit!!

Same, often dismantle the tree 3 times in my sleep before iv got to the job, but it's not always the big nasty dismantle it could be just a job where there lots to remember or do before starting like telling neighbours, getting cars shifted etc that disturbs my sleep. Writing lists help a bit and talking a job through with staff the day before helps the most as I know someone ells knows what's going on so if I forget something hopefully they won't.

Me too. If it's all going well, I start worrying that something will go wrong.

When the job is finished I start worrying that tomorrows job will be bigger than I remember.

When I start driving home I start worrying that my wife will say I have not made enough money that day.

When I'm going to bed, I worry that I won't get enough sleep!

When I wake up, I worry that I have not had enough sleep!
