  1. I was wondering if anyone was interested in my defender before I stick it on ebay. Its a 2010 done 37k miles, have done a load of extras to it including recarpeting, extra heavy duty suspension, and anti roll bar (32mm thick). winch on front has seen better days but has never let me down, pulled me and the chipper out of some bog baths these last months. nearly brand new wheels and tyres(toyo MT) done less than 5k miles side steps, light guards, the works. new speakers plus a load of more I cant remember I have brand new seat rails to be included never got around to fitting, no ripped seats 15K ONO NO VAT 07795157345 - Luke Cheers fellers
  2. I did all my training using a simple prussic as my college didn't let me climb on anything else, but on my actual assessment the guy was down to earth and after me showing him the classic prussic and 3 knot system he inspected my hitch climber and loler ticket, he let me use that. I would say it depends on the instructor.

    Stihl MS 201t

It runs just as good as a 200t in my opinion, it doesn't need modifying.

    Stihl MS 201t

So I bought myself a ms 201t a few weeks ago, now to me it seems an ok saw but it didn't rev up no where near as quick as a 200t. After I retuned it, it revs up just the same as a 200t and cuts just as fast when compared to my old 200t. Why are they so hated? They seem ok to me tbh the only dislike I have is the sound but that's because of the exhaust. Also what are the opinions of people that have retuned them? Edit: I also got rid of the chain that came with it, replaced with a semi chisel
  16. the saw is about 7 years old with nearly everyday use, i took the carb and handle off and relieased the manifold was nearly ripped off completely, replaced it from an old breaker 200t and works like new, cheers guys, no its not been dropped just very old.
  17. I have a ms200t that revs up fine and works perfect apart from when its idling, it idles fine unless its moving about then it revs up and down a little bit, carb looks fine in my eyes cant see anything wrong with it and adjusting the carb doesnt help, any ideas?
  18. I have been looking around for a new chipper to replace my 7 year old Bear Cat, all the 6" now have been made with the weight limit in mind, the ones I've used just doesn't have the same grunt my bear cat has. I've been to look at a 2010 190 Turbo and was very impressed since it weighs less and is smaller than my Bear Cat for a 7.5". With that comes a big price tag. What is the difference between the old 190 35HP and the turbo 45HP? I believe it has the same engine as the 150, in my mind the 150 struggles with 5inch so how can they stick it on a 7.5inch? Or was that the reason they brought out the turbo version?
