Tips to get rid of a head cold.

I'm pretty run down as I have been doing tree work and dog security work with the odd night on the door and have an awfull head cold with runny nose.

 

Apart from eating fruit and taking paracetamol what tricks do you guys have for getting rid of these illnesses fast.

 

And I don't think 5l of mendiplogs cizzer will do much good!

I was fine till Fri night working at the club, thing is the music is so loud once they are pissed they have to shout to be herd and end up with bits of spit in your face! Think that's how I got it.

 

I'll get some vit c tomorrow thanks.

 

My uncle made me a hot toddy last year, he swears by them but they not like an old wives tale?
