Burley 8kw would fit the bill . Burly stove are very simple to operate and very efficient . The 5 kw one I have is supposed to run at 89% efficiency . Your flue liner is normally a flexible stainless affair . There is a right and a wrong way up to fit them . Mine goes from the stove right to the cowel on the top of the chimny .

Second that. Burley 12kw Wakerley. Excellent stove 84% efficiency apparently. It absolutely pumps the heat out!

As the stove is over 5kw you would need to fit

An air vent

If the chimney stack is in good order

And does not leak when you do a smoke test

To check the integrity of the chimney

If it leaks or you want peace of mind

Fit a twin wall flexible liner with a pot hanging cowl

If you have any question s let me know

We fitted an 8kW Burley last year and would certainly recommend it.

If at all practical to do I would suggest forgetting the air vent and spend a few extra kit for the room seal kit on the stove.

If you're not familiar with the idea basically instead of bringing cold air from outside in to the room, you bring it directly in to the stove so no draughts and much greater efficiency.

Highly recommend The Champion Stove Company. I have three stoves from Martin and one more on order. Biggest is circa 20kw. Great stoves, built in Britain and very affordably priced.

Out of interest, can I ask how long you've had the stoves? And whether you have the glass door versions? They certainly look good value for money if they last and burn well...

Thanks.

I have an 18KW stove with water jacket that heats the house and the hot water. I fitted it 20+ years ago and my original stove split at the rear as I think I ran it too hard. The current stove has been in for the last 12 years with no issues. The system works on gravity. I have a smaller 8kw Firefox in the kitchen and a Woodwarm on order for my mother. This site is good for reviews from owners..Welcome to WhatStove stove review website - WhatStove.co.uk

Cheers
