Yes you're right but sometimes I just cannot be bothered to read posts by certain people and the replies to them.

I know what you mean. Not everyone has the same sense of humour and some “grumpy old men” (and women) don’t have any but I suppose it’s a free country so each to their own

I’ve always been a miserable git if I’m honest, I lived in two villages in West Sussex, Rudgwick and Wisborough Green, I managed to get the nickname of Victor Meldrew in both, quite independently to each other, in other words I didn’t carry the nickname over, it was earned a second time.

Quite an achievement I think you’ll agree.

Haha, I may have met you at some point. I lived in Rudgwick, 98-99. Went out with a girl from the village and worked at the Agricultural supplies,
