Footlocking foot wear??

Frankly what is the point of mastering footlocking if you cant do it in your basic PPE? The only suitable boots are surely ones that have chainsaw protection? I use the footlock technique with my haix boots and rarely slip now: you just have to get used to it.

Not a great one for footlocking but I had to do a bit the other week and was supprised how easy it was with these Meindl not sure wot ones they are ( hence photo )but worked a treat and gripped the rope with ease.

if it helps flip flops are not much cop for foot locking but my red chilli rock climbing shoes are , but then that does not help me at work !!!

ive got those bro and have buggered the eyelets by footlocking in them but apart from that they are real good.
