Haha

Its true I don't climb as much as I used to, but they have done plenty work believe me. Not to mention I wear them when im not working, so they are getting wear one way or another :001_smile:

Wearing them down the blue oyster club doesn't count as arduous terrain, wearing to the café to increase that middle aged spread could be dangerous. You'll get fat feet and they wont fit next time you climb lad

I'd say they are pretty true to size. If anything maybe they come up slightly small. I'm not 100% sure to be honest. Try some on at the APF if you can make it

Thanks, yep I'm going & should try em on first really.

sweet, i get a pair and then every time i get to the ground i swap boots. perfect! it will be interesting to see what market these guys hit. i dont really see it sorry

I think they'll sell quite well.

Loads of blokes climb without PPE boots anyway, and I can't see an issue using them to drag brush, hump out cord or rake up.

Also, most other countries don't have the same HSE rules as us.

agreed

not wearing chainsaw boots makes your more aware of what your doing with your feet and certainly when dealing with heavy timber on the ground

I saw the new boots from stein, I think theyed sell better if somebody addressed the styling of the boot

to create more style would result in adding possible failure points caused by increasing stitched areas. style verse durability is a delicate area. As we all know this is a harsh environment these boots are worn in.
