from a dealer point of view,we try our best to get equipment out as fast as possible,as we have always worked on the theory if you people arnt earning any money nether will we,Personaly we are dealers for both large saw companys shall we say!and there treatment of dealers is no better,they seem to have little concept of the implications of no parts in country etc,or care from what i can gather,What im basicly saying yes there are some bad dealers / repair places out there,im fully aware of this,But many of us realy do care about what we do and the service we offer,and some of these larger manuactures realy dont help,the dealer end user realationship at all

The front handle , not an obscure item one would imagine .

 

Take your T27 in there and remove the handle from the 261 they have on the wall. You'll find that one will be replaced within the same business week...

Agree with this, may well apply to many other things as well.

Customer I work for had all his Sthil stuff stolen a year ago and has replaced it and has had nothing but problem after problem and its less then a year old on domestic use.
