new chipbox for our navara, seeing as ive got a chipper, pulling a trailer outside my licence allowance wasnt going to last long, so to keep it legal ive built this, still yet to be properly mounted, it will be bolted to the rails of the truck for added security!

 

Any pics of it fitted yet? Have chipped into the back of mine a few times... surprising what it will hold but sits down a bit on the springs.

Found an airbag assist kit in USA for £240 inc. postage. They want £600 for the same one here!

We added some springs with an extra leaf so it will hold a ton. It will be fitted Saturday as there's a bit of work to make it solid. I was thinking of buying a load handler for unloading. Would make it easier!

It would. But that's way out of my price range for a while. It doesn't take long to unload it with a fork. We do have a little tractor that would do it well too. Toyed with the idea of a strong tarp and eyelets to tie off then just drive off and out comes the chip

Its something very sticky, in the first pic it couldnt be pulled off, in the second even tipping it upside down didnt tip it off!
