I would tell them , but make it known that your not happy about the way you have been treated in past times and demand they be civil / descent people in future

Hi do you think if the shoe was on the other foot the neighbour would come running to tell you?:confused1:

 

My old neighbour wouldn't have, that's for sure - he didn't even move his car so our removal van could park outside our house!!!!

This is the right answer so far . Once you have established it was not you then do what every one else has said . Your situation with your neighbor can't get worse but may get better . If it doesn't you have lost nothing . Yopu will know you have done the right thing . You can do no more . :001_smile:
