You may find there is more than one fuel card company! Fuel genie, any tesco or morrisons .

Credit card (just for fuel). Pay it off at the end of the month.

your accountant will still need to check them even if you do all the toting up, cant imagin 1, that would sign accounts off with out checking the figures can you !!!

That's why you sign a disclaimer stating the figures provided to be accurate.

I use quikbooks for all my accounting. Very straightforward and only £19 a month.

I keep the books myself and use a local guy (who is incredibly helpful whenever I call him) to do my end of year return. He charges around £240.

 

You can do payroll yourself too.

 

its normaly a % of yr tuner over so @ £240 yrs must be pretty low
