Fuel receipts

Get a fuel card and get a statement every month, no collecting bits of paper snd no adding up.

The last company who tried to palm 1 of these off on me wanted me to drive 10 miles out of my way to fill up at a station :thumbdown:

your accountant will still need to check them even if you do all the toting up, cant imagin 1, that would sign accounts off with out checking the figures can you !!!

 

That's why you sign a disclaimer stating the figures provided to be accurate. :001_rolleyes:

 

Has your accountant really got you believing that you need to let them be your bookkeeper too? :lol:
