To me a professional driver is someone who gets paid to drive (courier, wagon driver, etc), I get paid for tree work but need to drive to get to the job, I am not a professional driver so does not apply to me.

 

Is this correct?

 

Ditto that mate.

 

I doubt they will try and enforce it with our tree work / tarmaccing and scrap metal dealing friends, will they?

 

Sick of it. Another tax. F*** them.
